Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges for only full priced products which are purchased on our online shop, within 10 days of receiving the parcel marked by courier service. Returns or exchanges outside this period will not be accepted.
Sale items or any items purchased using promotional codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Item(s) must be in original unworn conditions, unwashed or re-ironed, including all tags still attached, invoice/receipt, cards and/or boxes to send back for returns or exchanges. Please be sure when trying on garments, since we do not accept make-up stains, or perfume smell or body odour.
Customers are reponsible for shipping costs inccured for returns or exchanges.
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during the shipment. And then a return or exchange is considered to be incomplete and invalid.
- Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and item(s) code. We will instruct you with the next steps to complete a return process.
- Please be confirmed that we can only accept returns and offer you with store credit for your next purchase. Returns for refund are not acceptable.
- Once we have received your parcel and confirmed your item(s) meet the listed conditions, we will issue a credit note which is valid for 120 days from the issuance date.
- Shipping, any taxes and handling charges are not refundable nor redeemable in store credit.
- If you wish to exchange for size or colour, contact us via email@example.com with your order number and item code. As soon as we receive your replacement request, we will hold the item for you with stock availibility.
- If the item you would like to replace is not available, we will offer a credit note which is valid for 120 days from the issuance date.
- Domestic orders: all exchanges will include re-delivery cost.
- International orders: a flat fee of US$25 for re-delivery shall be applied for exchanges.
- The replaced item shall be shipped to your address once we have received your first item and confirmed the listed conditions.
Damaged goods on arrival
Although we check all items for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of our customers to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. In event of receiving a defected garment, please immediately take photos of defected details and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving it. We will investigate and assist you with further steps.
